The Structured tab was a nice text pretty-printer. It’s now a place you actually work — navigate, rewind, and share your AI session like a document, not a log.

Data foundation — 8 new event kinds
file_edit, file_edit_diff, pr_link, queued_command, worktree, api_error, subagent_invocation, artifact — all surface as first-class cards instead of hiding in raw JSONL. Edit / MultiEdit / Write emit a diff-bar card, Write of .md/.html/.pdf/image also emits an artifact chip with a size and viewer-kind hint.
Rendering — 3 densities × 4 views
- Compact for one-line skimming, Detailed for full cards, Timeline for a chronological rail
- Chat for the conversation, Files for per-file edit history, Decisions for prompt/reply narrative only, Tool-call feed for tool logs only
- The mode toggle lives in the top-right of every Structured session; your pick is remembered across reloads
Dashboard + 6 visualization widgets
At the top of every session: a 9-tile dashboard (turns · duration · files · lines +N/-M · tools · subagents · artifacts · errors · token-based cost estimate), collapsible.
Below it, dock any of six visualizations: file mutation timeline, diff heatmap, cost/time overlay, tool chord chart, test outcome ribbon, and sub-agent tree.

- 🔖 Bookmark — star a turn (add a note), gather them in a right-side rail
- ⏱ Time-travel scrubber — drag back in time; the whole view (including dashboard tiles) reconstructs at that timestamp
- ⏵ Live scrubbing — the scrubber respects your position when new events arrive; snap back with the
